These joints are suitable to be installed on various types of single-stranded cables and they connect two armored or non-armored cables with or without the same size.

This joint is used in places where there is a high probability of damage caused by the environment and a high level of mechanical pressure. The joint enjoys a high degree of power against electrical pressures induced by electromotors or switching and can efficiently tolerate electrical impulses. Given the resin used in it, it is highly resistant to acidic or basic pollution of the soil and can be easily used under water.

The code PHJEA-11 is used for armored cables and the code PHJRA-11 is used for non-armored cables.
