Project Description

The heat shrinkable joint manufactured by Pars Mafsal Asia Co. utilizes special high voltage heat shrinkable tubings as well as insulating and semi-conductor tapes for the voltages of 52kV and 72kV in order to control the electric field and transfer electrons. It easily covers a wide range of cables in a variety of sizes.

This joint is installed in the same way as medium-voltage joints and needs no particular devices for installation. In addition, it is installed in a very short period of time and the electric and magnetic fields can be controlled efficiently considering the new system of stress control tubings used in it. Its jacketing tubing has a layer of sealing tape, which prevents permeation of water and moisture into the joint. It can also be used with resin jacketing tubing.

The joint is suitable for wired shielded cables, armored cables and non-armored ones. The joint can be offered in the two voltages of 52kV and 72kV in direct and cross-binding forms.

The joint is offered in two types: ordinary and cross-binding. The earth can be easily removed from the joint as well.
