Project Description

These cable terminations are suitable to be installed on single-stranded cables and are used in outdoor spaces where they have direct contact with wind, rain or snow.

Due to the significance of energy supply in steel industries, these cable terminations have been designed in a way that they would tolerate constant voltage tensions caused by the presence of melting furnaces, and the likelihood of any problem caused by severe, abnormal and consecutive electric blows in this industry has decreased to a large degree.

This cable termination is used for 52 kV and 72 kV voltages.

  • Room temperature ranging from -40 to +105 °C
  • Cross-linked polymer insulation
  • Flame retardant
  • Easy installation
  • In accordance with IEC 60840 Standard
  • With UV protection layer
  • With unlimited lifetime / energized as soon as it is installed on the cable
  • With stress control resistant to impulse voltage caused by induction furnaces
  • Insulating tubing
  • Stress control tubing
  • Yellow tape
  • Red tape
  • Medium voltage cable lug
  • Earth cable lug
  • Installation manual
  • Rain shed
  • Armor kit (if the cable is armored)

PHSL – 1E cable terminations are used in spaces with average pollution, and PHHL – 1E cable terminations are used for environments with high level of pollution.
